Rules at a glance

What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 11am. Late checkout (until 2pm) is available on request, subject to availability, and carries a fee.
How many guests can stay?
The residence accommodates up to 6 guests across the three bedrooms. Additional guests are not permitted overnight without prior written agreement.
Is smoking allowed?
The residence and balcony are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the resort.
Are parties or events allowed?
Gatherings beyond the registered guests are not permitted without prior written agreement. Noise must be kept at a considerate level at all times, particularly after 10pm.
Is a security deposit required?
A security deposit may be requested to cover any damage beyond normal wear. Your confirmation will specify the amount and method if applicable.
Do I need to present an ID at check-in?
Yes, a valid government-issued ID is required for all adult guests at check-in, in line with building regulations.
Are there any restrictions for the resort areas?
Guests must follow the resort's own rules for the pool, beach and fitness areas. Towels and sunscreen are your responsibility for beach use.
What if something in the residence breaks?
Contact your dedicated point of contact immediately. Minor issues are resolved within hours; anything affecting comfort is escalated as a priority.
