El Cielo is chef Juan Manuel Barrientos’s MICHELIN-starred restaurant in Brickell, and one of the most distinctive fine-dining experiences in Miami. It is the only Colombian restaurant in the city to hold a MICHELIN star, and it turns dinner into a multi-sensory, emotional journey rather than a conventional meal.
