L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is the only two-MICHELIN-star restaurant in Florida, the Miami home of the late, legendary chef’s global ‘atelier’ concept in the Design District. It is the city’s benchmark for haute French cuisine, an essential dinner for anyone who takes food seriously.

True to the Atelier format, the heart of the room is a counter in signature red and black, where guests watch the kitchen at close range. The mood is refined and focused, elegant without being stiff, and the open kitchen makes the meal as much a show as a dinner.

The cooking is precise, luxurious and deeply French: small plates of exceptional craft, from the famous pommes purée to seasonal tasting selections, with a deep cellar to match. MICHELIN recommends the seasonal prix fixe to take the full measure of the kitchen.
