COTE is a MICHELIN-starred Korean steakhouse in the Miami Design District, the southern outpost of the New York original that fused the Korean barbecue tradition with the American steakhouse. The room is moody and glamorous, all low light, leather and gleaming tabletop grills, with a buzzy bar and an impeccably dressed crowd. Servers grill prime cuts at your table, turning dinner into a hands-on, theatrical experience that builds its own momentum through the night.

The signature is the Butcher’s Feast, a guided tasting of premium and dry-aged cuts grilled tableside, served with banchan, stews and the restaurant’s famous accompaniments. The wine and soju lists are deep, and the whole experience is as much about ritual as it is about the beef.
