How does the booking payment work?
When you submit your reservation, our server securely recalculates your rate and verifies availability. A Stripe Checkout session is then created for your exact 30% deposit. You pay that deposit via Stripe, and your booking is confirmed instantly. No manual confirmation step.
What does the 30% deposit cover?
The deposit is a proportion of your total stay cost (nightly rate × nights + resort fee + cleaning fee + applicable Florida taxes). It confirms your dates and is credited against your total.
When is the balance due?
The remaining 70% is due before arrival. Your dedicated contact will confirm the exact due date in your booking confirmation and remind you in advance.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. No bank transfers or cash.
What is included in my total?
Your rate includes: nightly rate (seasonal pricing), mandatory resort fee, cleaning fee and applicable Florida taxes (currently 13%). Airport transfer and late checkout are optional extras at checkout.
Are there any booking fees?
No booking fee, no service charge, no platform commission. The total shown is what you pay.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. Your card details never pass through our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
What happens if the payment fails?
If your Stripe payment does not complete, your dates are not held and no charge is made. Simply retry or contact us for assistance.
